Our Physique programs focus on building muscle and improving body composition.
Training is built around intensity and intelligent exercise selection to prioritise the areas you want to grow.
We combine this with nutrition coaching and progress tracking to make sure you’re on the right path to achieving and maintaining your goal physique.
STRENGTH
Our Strength programs are built around structured, progressive training to help you continually improve your technique and lift more.
Training focuses on the squat, bench, and deadlift, along with their variations, plus plenty of accessory work to build muscle and bring up any weaknesses.
We also run in-house testing days throughout the year where our members come together to test themselves, set new personal bests and measure their progress.
HYBRID
Our Hybrid programs combine strength and endurance training to create a well-rounded individual.
Training includes an individualised strength program, group conditioning classes, and a structured running plan to ensure you are improving in every aspect of performance.
We also take part in community fitness events throughout the year, including fun runs, HYROX, and hybrid challenges, bringing our members together to put their training to the test.
