COACH BEN

Coach Ben is the founder of Iron Viking and has been working in gyms and coaching for over a decade.

Ben combines his coaching experience with a vast practical experience of competing in multiple sports himself; including U.S. college basketball, amateur MMA, BJJ, powerlifting, and strongman.

Coach Ben leads all of the male physique and power-building programming, based on proven principles and real-world experience.


COACH JACINTA

Jacinta began her coaching journey through the Iron Viking Coaching Mentorship and went on to coach at F45 before becoming a key member of the Iron Viking team. She now also serves as our Gym Manager, bringing leadership and energy every day.

With experience competing in kickboxing, powerlifting, and HYROX, Jacinta understands what it takes to train hard and perform at a high level. She’s passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and a strong foundation in the gym.

Jacinta leads all of our female physique programming, designing training that empowers women to achieve their goals and feel their best.


COACH JON

Jon made the bold decision to leave his career as a fully qualified electrician to follow his true passion—coaching.

With a background in powerlifting and a deep love for strength and combat sports, Jon has worked with both amateur and professional fighters, helping them prepare physically and mentally for competition.

He now leads all of Iron Viking’s performance programming, bringing high-level structure and planning to every session.


COACH BRYN

Coach Bryn has turned his passion for training into a career of coaching.

He leads by example, having competed in multiple endurance events, including HYROX, an Ironman triathlon, and a 100km ultra-trail run.

Coach Bryn leads all of our GRIND classes and hybrid programming, with well-structured training that builds strength and conditioning simultaneously.
