We’re that confident you’ll see results if you follow our system — that we guarantee it.
Drop 5–10% of your body weight or gain 3–6% of lean muscle in your first 12 weeks or we’ll coach you for free until you do.
If you:
Complete at least 3 training sessions per week at Iron Viking Gym
Attend all check-in calls or 1-on-1 PT sessions
Follow and log your nutrition plan with at least 80% consistency
...but you don’t:
Lose at least 5% of your body weight, or
Gain at least 3% in skeletal muscle mass, or
See clear visual progress in photos
Then we’ll keep coaching you for free until you do!
Terms & Conditions
You must train at least 3x per week at Iron Viking Gym (minimum of 36 sessions over 12 weeks)
You may miss no more than 3 sessions total (must complete at least 33 of 36)
You must attend all scheduled check-in calls or 1-on-1 PT sessions
You must log your food daily using either the Everfit Food Journal or MyFitnessPal
At least 80% adherence to your prescribed nutrition plan is required (as reviewed by your coach)
You must complete an initial body scan using the Evolt 360 as well at week 4, week 8, and week 12
You must take initial progress photos as well at week 4, week 8, and week 12
No membership holds or pauses are allowed during the 12-week guarantee period
