1:1 personal training is a great option for those who want a fully personalised experience. These sessions typically take place during quieter hours at Iron Viking gym and are a good fit for those who prefer a more private training environment.

Online coaching:

Online coaching includes a customised training and nutrition plan, as well as weekly check-ins to ensure you are getting the best results possible. I will guide you through what needs to be done and hold you accountable every step of the way.
